Clinical Systems Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Systems Specialist based in the United States. As a Clinical Systems Specialist, you will help ensure healthcare teams can confidently and effectively use the clinical technology that supports patient care. You’ll serve as a key resource for training, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and system adoption across platforms including athenaOne and other clinical applications. The role combines healthcare workflow knowledge with technical expertise, communication, and education. You’ll create practical documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting both new and existing team members. You’ll also help identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure workflows remain aligned with current system capabilities and best practices. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for in-person training and support.
