Clinical Payments Specialist

The Clinical Payments Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of global investigator payments across assigned clinical studies.You will oversee payment setup, deployment, reconciliation, forecasting, reporting, and study closeout while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.The role connects investigative sites, clinical research teams, finance functions, project teams, and external sponsors.You’ll analyze payment data, identify discrepancies and trends, and help improve financial and revenue-cycle processes.The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive financial information across complex international studies.You will also contribute to audits, inspections, stakeholder meetings, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent, customer-focused professional who wants to contribute to clinical research and ultimately help improve patient outcomes.
