As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on mission-critical clinical technology and integrations.You will manage implementations, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across a broad range of healthcare workflows.The role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, operational coordination, and process improvement.You will work closely with healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.Because these integrations can directly affect patient care, you will bring urgency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail to every interaction.You will also help document processes, identify recurring issues, and turn customer insights into meaningful product and experience improvements.This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced SaaS professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and solving complex problems in healthcare technology.
