Clinical Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Manager based in the United States. This role leads a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a remote telemedicine environment. You’ll oversee Nurse Practitioners and other clinical staff while supporting clinical decision-making, professional development, and day-to-day operations. The position combines hands-on clinical expertise with people leadership, workflow optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll help establish effective clinical processes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and access. Working closely with medical and administrative leadership, you’ll help align clinical operations with broader organizational goals.
