Clinical Implementation Specialist

This role combines clinical expertise, implementation strategy, healthcare education, and emerging AI technologies to support the safe and effective adoption of an ambient clinical documentation platform. You will work directly with clinicians across federal and commercial healthcare environments, helping them onboard, adopt, and confidently use AI-supported documentation tools. The position blends hands-on coaching with strategic implementation work, including service recovery, workflow assessment, and clinical quality improvement. You will also help evaluate clinician-reported issues, identify root causes, and recommend prompt or workflow changes that improve documentation quality. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, and clinical champions, you will turn frontline insights into scalable solutions.
