This is a remote opportunity within a virtual-first healthcare environment supporting patients across multiple clinical programs.The role combines patient-facing communication, care coordination, administrative support, and close collaboration with licensed clinical teams.You will help members navigate complex healthcare needs, coordinate services, and address gaps in care.Working closely with clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, imaging providers, and other healthcare partners, you will help keep care plans moving forward.The position is particularly suited to someone who brings empathy, organization, adaptability, and strong communication skills to every interaction.You will work with modern telehealth, electronic health record, workflow, and AI-enabled tools in a fast-moving environment.Occasional weekend hours may be available through optional overtime.
