Client Service Relationship Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Service Relationship Manager based in Canada. This role is focused on building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and advisors across Canada within the group savings and retirement space. You will serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate retirement programs, products, services, and evolving industry requirements. The position combines relationship management, technical retirement expertise, communication, presentation, and business development support. You will represent the organization in client and employee meetings while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and participation in workplace retirement programs. Working closely with sales, education, and internal service teams, you will help deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
