Our partner is looking for a Client Representative / Customer Service & Benefits / WFH based in the United States. This is a 100% remote opportunity focused on helping individuals and families understand and access insurance benefits.You will combine customer service, benefits education, enrollment support, and long-term relationship management.The role involves scheduled virtual and phone appointments with individuals who have requested information, rather than traditional cold calling.No prior insurance experience is required, with comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship provided.You will work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative virtual team and ongoing coaching resources.Compensation is performance-based, with weekly commissions, bonuses, and potential renewal and residual income opportunities.The role also offers a potential career path into training, mentoring, leadership, and management based on performance and initiative.
