Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing service.This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, consultative support, and product guidance.You will manage a portfolio of customers, understand their requirements, and help translate business needs into effective solutions.The position involves coordinating with internal teams while resolving customer issues and escalating complex matters when appropriate.You will also support customer training, gather feedback, and use client data and management tools to inform decisions and strengthen relationships.The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams.This is a remote U.S. role with minimal travel and a strong focus on communication, organization, and customer success.
