Client Performance Strategies Facilitator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Performance Strategies Facilitator based in the United States. As a Client Performance Strategies Facilitator, you’ll deliver impactful training and coaching programs for clients across the United States and Canada. You’ll serve as an extension of the client support team before, during, and after each engagement, helping ensure a consistently high-quality experience. The role combines in-person facilitation, virtual training, client relationship management, facilitator coaching, and operational coordination. You’ll work with both established and new clients, adapting your approach to different audiences and learning environments. You’ll also help develop new facilitators and strengthen the tools, processes, and standards that support long-term client success. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position requiring extensive travel, estimated at approximately 60% of the year.
