As a Client Integration Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of data operations and Customer Success, managing the file-based data connections and workflows that drive eligibility, marketing, reporting, and more. You’ll be part of the Client Delivery Team, owning end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of our file feeds—delivering accurate, timely, and compliant data flows that reduce manual work, accelerate launches, and protect revenue. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH IN YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU WILL: - Learn Hinge Health’s integration architecture, file standards, and core systems for eligibility, marketing, and reporting. - Manage inbound file operations to ensure timely delivery, accurate processing, and data integrity, escalating issues as needed. - Maintain organized file systems and documentation, including tracking data providers, formats, delivery schedules, and file storage.
