Claims Solutions Partner

We're looking for a Claims Solutions Partner — the claims-operations expert who sits inside our sales cycle and makes technically complex deals winnable. You'll partner with sales to diagnose prospects' operational gaps, answer the hard technical questions, provide the expertise behind our RFP and RFI responses, run deep analyses of partner portfolios to surface where we add value, and then ensure a clean technical handoff to account management as new partners onboard. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone with real claims-operations depth who wants to be at the front of the business — not behind it. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work across sales, account management, claims, and product.
