This is a strategic operating role partnering closely with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team to turn priorities into measurable progress.You’ll help shape strategy, planning, portfolio management, communications, and the operating rhythm of a global People organization.The role combines executive partnership with hands-on ownership of complex, high-priority initiatives and organizational programs.You’ll bring clarity to competing priorities, surface risks and trade-offs, and help senior leaders make informed decisions.The position also plays a key role in executive and Board preparation, budgeting, leadership meetings, and employee engagement.Success requires strong judgment, discretion, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority.This is a fully flexible remote opportunity suited to an experienced strategic operator comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
