Chief Of Staff

(f/m/x) Germany or Austria We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the General Manager, Germany & Austria, helping shape priorities, drive commercial performance and turn strategy into action across both markets. You’ll be a trusted partner to the GM and local leadership team, bringing clear thinking, sound judgement and ownership to the business’s most important opportunities and challenges. Working closely with Wonderful’s global teams, you’ll lead strategic projects, strengthen business planning and ensure decisions translate into measurable progress. This role suits someone who can move confidently between analysis and execution.
