Chief Financial Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Financial Officer based in United States. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a finance leader joining a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS and cybersecurity business.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own Finance and Accounting end to end and serve as a key voice in company-wide decision-making.You will shape financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, unit economics, and the metrics that guide sustainable growth.The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of financial operations, forecasting, controls, and reporting.You will work closely with the board and executive team while leading major initiatives such as M&A integration, financing, and strategic transactions.As the business scales, you will build a high-performing finance organization and leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency and insight.This role is ideal for an experienced CFO who thrives in an ambitious, PE- or venture-backed environment and wants meaningful influence over the next stage of growth.
