As a Chatbot Developer – Conversational AI, you will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade conversational experiences across multiple digital channels.You will help bridge established natural language understanding technologies with modern generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks.The role combines conversational design, backend development, enterprise integration, AI orchestration, and production deployment.You will work extensively across the Microsoft conversational technology ecosystem while contributing to the evolution of next-generation AI architectures.Your work will connect conversational interfaces with enterprise platforms and deliver seamless, contextual experiences at scale.You will collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive and effective user journeys.This is a 9-month, fully remote contract opportunity for professionals authorized to work within the United States.
