As a Certification Advisor, you’ll help prospective students choose learning and certification paths aligned with their professional and personal goals.You’ll use your coaching experience and firsthand certification knowledge to provide practical, personalized guidance.The role centers on meaningful conversations through email, live chat, and scheduled phone calls rather than high-pressure sales.You’ll build trust, answer detailed questions, and support prospective students from their first inquiry through enrollment.You’ll also collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to share insights and improve the student journey.This is an opportunity to combine coaching expertise, communication skills, and customer guidance in a remote-first environment.The position offers meaningful flexibility, with a part-time start transitioning to full-time hours during the contract period.
