CDP Architect

We are seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customer data solutions, enabling unified customer profiles, audience segmentation, and data activation across marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP. Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time customer profiles. Build and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines from multiple sources. Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies to support personalization initiatives. Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained. Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in MarTech, Data Engineering, or Technology Architecture.
