As a Catastrophe Claims Advisor, you will manage moderate to highly complex property claims and help customers navigate challenging situations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll investigate losses, assess coverage, negotiate settlements, and make sound decisions within established authority levels. The role combines technical claims expertise with strong customer service and negotiation skills. You’ll work within a national catastrophe claims environment where claim volumes can be high and priorities can shift quickly. You’ll also provide guidance to Claims Assistants and contribute to improvements in claims processes and practices.
