Case Worker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Case Worker based in Canada. This role provides case management services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.You will support clients through intake, assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, and transition or service termination.The position combines professional social work practice with a family-centered and ecological approach to care.You will work closely with families, care providers, agencies, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen support networks and improve outcomes.The role requires sound independent judgment, strong clinical skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to complex or high-risk situations.Most services are delivered remotely, with some in-person work taking place in clients’ homes or communities when needed.You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, innovation, quality improvement, and initiatives that promote accessibility, equity, and social inclusion.
