Case Manager, Client Paid Customer Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Case Manager, Client Paid Customer Operations based in Canada. As a Case Manager, you will coordinate complex pharmacy and specialty medication operations while helping ensure accurate, compliant, and timely prescription processing.You will manage activities ranging from insurance and prior authorization processes to inventory coordination and specialty pharmacy orders.The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve operational, technical, and billing issues efficiently.You will work with payers, manufacturers, pharmacy teams, and other stakeholders to keep cases moving and address issues as they arise.Your work will directly support quality, regulatory compliance, medication availability, and positive customer outcomes.You will also contribute to quality assurance by identifying process issues, documenting incidents, and supporting corrective actions.This is a full-time remote opportunity in Ontario within a collaborative healthcare operations environment.
