This role includes helping clients with general exploration of career paths, developing job search strategies, and leveraging AI-powered job search tools to work more efficiently. Coaches also support clients with resume review and cover letter guidance, interview prep, personal branding, and professional networking, along with broader networking strategy, salary negotiation, and leadership development.
