Cards Lending Specialist

As a Cards Lending Specialist, you’ll help customers navigate credit and lending solutions while delivering knowledgeable, efficient, and personalized service. You’ll assess customer needs, provide guidance on borrowing strategies, and recommend products aligned with their financial objectives. The role combines sales, service, credit decision-making, and risk awareness within a dynamic contact-centre environment. You’ll manage customer requests from initial contact through resolution, escalating complex situations when appropriate. You’ll also stay current on lending products, market trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer protection standards. The position offers opportunities to collaborate across business groups and contribute to a strong customer experience. This is a fully remote role with a rotating schedule designed to support customers across extended service hours.
