Capital Markets Sales Technology Lead

This is a senior technology leadership opportunity focused on building and evolving platforms that support equity derivatives and structured products distribution.You will operate at the intersection of software engineering, capital markets, and sales, translating complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.The role has ownership of critical order management, product distribution, trade lifecycle, and reporting capabilities.You will work with sophisticated financial platforms, Bloomberg workflows, APIs, FIX messaging, and multiple structured product ecosystems.Success requires close partnership with sales, trading, compliance, legal, risk, and senior technology stakeholders.You will also shape architecture standards, improve production reliability, and mentor engineers and business analysts.This role is ideal for an experienced capital markets technologist who combines deep equity derivatives knowledge with strong hands-on engineering capabilities.
