The Capital Markets & Corporate Development (CMCD) team sits at the center of how Lambda funds and scales its infrastructure. We lead debt and equity capital raises, evaluate strategic transactions, and partner closely with executives, investors, and external advisors to execute high-impact deals. As a CMCD Intern, you’ll build a centralized source of truth for market comparables across debt, equity, and M&A transactions. This work directly informs live capital raises and strategic decisions.
