Capital Markets Associate - Real Estate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Capital Markets Associate - Real Estate based in India. This is a high-ownership opportunity focused on structuring and executing debt for a growing US commercial real estate portfolio.You will work across construction, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent financing for multifamily, commercial, and ground-up development projects.The role combines property-level underwriting, capital modeling, lender engagement, and transaction execution.You will work closely with senior leadership to determine financing strategies that balance cost, leverage, risk, and timing.Your analysis will directly inform multimillion-dollar capital decisions and help shape the financing function as the portfolio expands.The environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, with significant exposure to US lenders and institutional capital partners.This remote India-based role requires at least six hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.
