The team works on the core engine behind Redis Active-Active, solving complex replication and consistency problems using CRDT-based architectures. In addition, the team is actively adopting AI and AI-agent workflows across development and operations, enabling engineers to move faster, automate complex tasks, and focus on solving higher-level system challenges. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and close collaboration across engineering domains.
