We have a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing Tech & High Growth Tax team who aren't just focused on the growth of the team but those in it as well. You will receive support, development and a cracking team that will back you all the way.

As an Assistant Tax Manager, you’ll build and maintain relationships with some of the fastest growing, best funded tech scaleups in the UK, supporting the founders and the finance teams in these companies to deal with the tax challenges of rapid expansion.

You’ll be responsible for delivering robust compliance and intuitive advisory work whilst being supported by a brilliant team. At the heart of everything is our client relationships, so we’ll support you to really understand what makes each of our clients tick and how we can take our support to the next level for them, enabling you to be an awesome Advisor.

What You’ll Be Owning:

  • Keep a diverse range of business clients in top shape, balancing compliance and advisory services with a personal touch
  • Review corporate tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosures, ensuring everything is spot on
  • Support tax planning, restructuring, and profit extraction strategies, helping businesses make informed decisions
  • Be the go-to tax contact for your clients, ensuring trust, clarity, and stellar service.
  • Work with our Audit and Advisory teams for a seamless service, and coach junior talent to build the next generation of tax pros

In addition to those core values, as a Business Tax Assistant Manager you should;

 

  • A corporate tax specialist with experience managing compliance and advisory work.
  • Be fully qualified in either of the following - ACCA  / ACA / ATT / CTA or equivalent
  • Be a self-motivated, driven team player who is exceptional at building trusted relationships both internally and externally
  • Most of all you'll be enthusiastic and have a spark to captivate clients
  • A problem-solver that is commercial minded and determined who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
