Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master

This fully remote role combines business analysis, Agile leadership, and hands-on delivery coordination within a cross-functional technology environment. You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring teams have the priorities, context, and support needed to deliver effectively. The position offers the opportunity to influence end-to-end technology initiatives, from discovery and backlog refinement through releases, deployments, and operational support. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and senior stakeholders to improve delivery quality and predictability.
