Business Systems Analysis Associate Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Systems Analysis Associate Director based in Canada. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role responsible for strengthening business systems analysis across complex healthcare payer portfolios. You will lead a distributed organization of 30+ professionals while improving requirements quality, backlog readiness, and delivery outcomes. The role combines deep healthcare payer expertise with business analysis, product enablement, and technology delivery leadership. You will partner closely with Product Owners, business and IT leaders, PMO teams, delivery organizations, and executive stakeholders. A key focus will be transforming the BSA function from documentation-focused analysis toward proactive, product-aligned business partnership. You will also introduce scalable practices, modern tools, AI-enabled capabilities, and performance metrics that improve efficiency and reduce rework.
