Business Solutions Consultant- Leave & Disability

Our partner is looking for a Business Solutions Consultant – Leave & Disability based in the United States. This fully remote role serves as a strategic bridge between Leave and Disability claims operations, technology, product, compliance, legal, and training teams. You’ll help ensure operational processes, communications, systems, and regulatory requirements are aligned and effectively implemented. The position combines process governance, documentation, system testing, and cross-functional project coordination. You’ll play a key role in translating business and regulatory changes into practical guidance for operational teams. The role also offers opportunities to identify process improvements, standardize workflows, and support automation. Success requires strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
