This is an opportunity to help shape and standardize business insurance processes within a large, nationally distributed organization.You will work at the intersection of insurance operations, process design, technology, and business transformation.Partnering with business process leadership and regional stakeholders, you will help create efficient, consistent workflows that make the most of existing technology.Your work will directly support system configuration, reporting, documentation, client deliverables, and employee training.The role offers broad exposure to cross-functional projects and the opportunity to influence how teams operate across multiple markets.You will join a collaborative, process-focused environment where analytical thinking, continuous improvement, and quality are highly valued.This is a remote full-time position, with some travel and occasional weekend work required around scheduled system migrations.
