ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This role operates at the intersection of business operations, internal systems, and process optimization, ensuring that key internal workflows are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. The Business Operations Manager will serve as a process owner for critical internal operational workflows, including employee onboarding and offboarding coordination, internal system access management, and other cross-functional operational processes that support employees across the organization.
This role requires a systems-oriented mindset - someone who not only supports operational processes but actively evaluates opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve them using Worldly’s internal technology stack, SaaS tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
Because these processes interact with many teams across the organization, this role will have high visibility across Worldly and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments.
The Business Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director of Business Operations & Systems and is expected to operate with a high level of ownership and independence while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process Ownership & Optimization
- Own and manage key internal operational processes that support cross-functional business activities.
- Design and maintain clear, scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Continuously assess operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Document and maintain operational procedures and system workflows to ensure consistency and transparency.
Systems and Automation
- Leverage Worldly’s internal technology stack and SaaS tools to support operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and workflows, system configuration, or workflow improvements.
- Utilize available AI tools and automation capabilities to improve process efficiency and operational scalability.
