Business Immigration Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal based in India. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity supporting U.S. business immigration matters from India.You’ll take ownership of preparing complex employment-based immigration forms and supporting documentation from start to finish.The role requires strong technical knowledge of U.S. immigration filings, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.You’ll prepare submission-ready case packets that meet current USCIS requirements and internal quality standards.Your work will directly support legal teams handling time-sensitive immigration cases for business and professional clients.Cases are assigned on an as-needed basis, with an initial workload of approximately five cases per month.High-performing contractors may have the opportunity to develop into a preferred, long-term partner.
