This is Sales Development at Lattice
The Outbound Business Development Representative is an ambitious and organized professional who loves working with prospective customers and bringing in sales leads. BDRs play a critical role in the sales cycle and are often the first contact that a prospective customer has with Lattice. Whether interacting on the phone, at an event, through email, or some other medium, BDRs make a positive first impression of Lattice by being responsible for the first portion of a prospectโs sales journey. What You Will Do
- You will meet or exceed monthly quotas by setting high quality meetings between prospects and our team of Account Executives that lead to quality pipeline and revenue
- You will respond to customer inquiries and help with qualifying and scheduling sales meetings
- You will source leads via outbound prospecting
- You will make contact with potential new customers across a variety of channels - phone, email, social, chat
- You will manage time to meet and even exceed productivity metrics
- You will deliver an extraordinary experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other performance management solutions

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $57,600 - $63,900. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Latticeโs applicable plans.
This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $22,400 - $24,850 subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Latticeโs applicable plans.
