Position summary

The Business Development Marketing Analyst is a key contributor to the business development team. This role is integral to shaping the company’s narrative, market position, and business development success in the public sector. It encompasses the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, with an emphasis on driving brand awareness, digital engagement, and sales enablement. Success requires creativity, project management ability, analytical strength, and stellar cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in close partnership with the Senior Director and Growth teams
  • Design and implement multi-touch brand awareness campaigns leveraging social media, digital display advertising, geofencing, content syndication, and events
  • Coordinate all stages of marketing campaign development—from planning and kickoff to delivery and post-campaign debrief—ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and timeline
  • Produce marketing collateral and sales assets, including thought leadership content, factsheets, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and event summaries
  • Develop, schedule, and manage digital content for social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and web, amplifying company messaging and maintaining a regular communications cadence
  • Execute geofencing and location-based campaigns for trade shows, policy events, and targeted agencies
