About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our presence in the Web3 space. You’ll work with blockchain projects, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners to foster growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard key partners in DeFi, NFT, and blockchain sectors.

• Develop growth strategies and execute partnerships.

• Represent the company at crypto conferences and networking events.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align business goals.

• Must be able to travel frequently to attend different confrences/events in the space

Requirements:

• Previous experience in blockchain business development or partnerships.

• Strong network within the Web3 space.

• Understanding of tokenomics, DAOs, and DeFi ecosystems.

• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
