Business Development Manager – Cold Forming (CF) (F/M/D)

Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager – Cold Forming (CF) (F/M/D) based in India. This role is focused on driving the growth of Cold Forming solutions across the Indian market. You’ll combine technical expertise with business development, working closely with customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams. The position offers significant ownership of the opportunity pipeline, from identifying new prospects and understanding technical requirements to supporting trials and converting opportunities into business. You’ll act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, helping customers find effective solutions for their Cold Forming processes. The role also provides opportunities to identify cross-selling potential across related product lines. Success will require strong industry knowledge, customer engagement skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to market development.
