Job Responsibilities
● Responsible for expanding miner hashrate in the Americas for the mining pool
business, maintaining and growing a network of institutional partners, and driving
collaborative value such as user growth and increased market share.
● Understanding of mining pool software, power markets, energy infrastructure, and
data center infrastructure.
● Stay informed about developments across the blockchain mining industry,
understand user distribution and characteristics, build a favorable ecosystem for
external partnerships, and provide forward-looking market opportunity
recommendations.
● Represent the firm externally; qualifying prospects, and attending conferences in
North America.
● Monitor company product developments and competitor trends, collaborate closely
with internal teams, integrate internal and external resources, and drive the
deepening of partnerships and project delivery.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams across strategy, design, tech,
and marketing to align objectives, streamline workflows, and ensure all stakeholders
are informed and on track.
Qualifications:
● 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales
● Based in North America
● Prior experience in the crypto mining industry would be a plus.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to build
trust with partners. Capable of working independently to expand market reach.
● Strong sense of responsibility, ability to coordinate relationships and team
collaboration, results-oriented mindset, and resilience under pressure.
● Proficient in English, familiar with Chinese would be an advantage. Prior experience
in the bitcoin mining is preferred.
● Good business literacy, temperament and image, affinity, and a strong business
development sense;
● Have excellent communication skills, learning ability, self-drive, data analysis ability,
and logical reasoning ability.
