Business Associate (SOS Product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Associate (SOS Product) based in Canada. This is an early-career generalist role supporting the growth and operations of a duty of care and travel risk management product. You will work directly with the SOS Business Lead, taking ownership of high-priority commercial, partner, and operational initiatives. The role combines project ownership, go-to-market support, relationship management, and business operations. You will also develop expertise in Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management, including international frameworks such as ISO 31030. Working across teams, you will help solve bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure effective collaboration around the product. This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ambiguity, and making a tangible impact in a fast-moving remote environment.
