Position Summary
Acts as a liaison between Value-Based Analytics systems development team and
business units for the development and implementation of new systems and/or enhancement of
existing systems. Evaluates business needs and translates into system requirements. Provides
operational support in researching and resolving complex inquiries. Performs testing to ensure
developed components meet requirements and quality standards. Support business requests
for reports and job executions.
What you will do
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to foster strong relationships and
ensure that their needs and expectations are effectively addressed.
• Elicit requirements for requested system enhancements and produce clear and concise
specification documents.
• Liaise with developers to ensure understanding of specifications.
• Perform testing of technology solutions to ensure they meet specifications and adhere to
defined quality standards.
• Provide operational support in researching and resolving complex inquiries.
• Develop SQL queries to support analysis, research, testing, or ad hoc report requests.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing
efficiency and streamlining how we support our business processes and operations.
• Fulfill requests for report refreshes and job executions as needed.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience related to business systems analysis
• 1 year of experience in the health insurance or health care industry
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Preferred Qualifications
• Medicaid/Medicare experience
• Ability to tackle complex topics and distill into easy-to-understand components
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with complex systems and datasets
• Agile project methodology

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience ( 4 years)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
