ABOUT THE ROLE Pave Bank is hiring a Business Analyst to support the Product team in analysing business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of banking products, internal tools, and operational workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work at the intersection of product, banking operations, compliance, payments, and technology in a regulated banking environment. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to understand business needs, analyse workflows, define requirements, and support product delivery from discovery through implementation and testing. We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate should already have experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, QA, Operations Analyst, or similar role, and be able to take ownership of requirements, documentation, and process analysis.
