Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in Canada. This is a senior business analysis role supporting complex healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives. You will help enable the secure exchange of health information across systems, organizations, and care settings. Working across clinical, business, technical, vendor, and healthcare stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into clear and actionable requirements. The role combines process analysis, data mapping, solution support, testing, and implementation coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute to initiatives involving healthcare integration standards, including HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR, while helping teams navigate technical and business challenges.
