This is a remote opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of technology solutions within the mortgage and real estate finance industry.The role sits within agile teams and works closely with Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts, developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders.You will translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and designs that guide development and testing.The position offers meaningful ownership across requirements gathering, sprint delivery, UAT, demonstrations, and ongoing system improvements.You will help identify process inefficiencies, anticipate technical or operational challenges, and contribute to solutions that improve user and business outcomes.Success requires strong mortgage and secondary-market knowledge combined with analytical thinking, organization, communication, and technology skills.This is an ideal environment for someone who enjoys cross-functiona...
