About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated marketer to join the Deliveroo Italy marketing team, who will report to the Senior Brand & Media Manager, to support the planning, execution, and optimization of Deliveroo’s brand and media activities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with local and global teams, media and creative agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive brand awareness, consideration, and overall campaign effectiveness through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on brand builder with a strong understanding of media who enjoys working across channels, shaping campaigns, and making things happen. You have a passion for brand building and a strategic mindset to translate business challenges into impactful communication and media plans. You’re a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.

What you'll be doing

- Brand & Media Strategy Execution: Support the definition of local brand and media strategy, translating global guidelines into effective local plans, ensuring consistency and business impact.

- Media Planning & Budget Management: Lead the planning, allocation, and optimization of ATL media budgets, working closely with local media agencies and global teams.

- Integrated Campaigns Execution and Coordination: Drive the execution of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with local and global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and maximize campaign impact.

- Creative Production & Localization: Collaborate with global brand teams to coordinate the creative development and localization process of global brand campaigns, ensuring all assets are aligned with local needs and objectives.

- Measurement & Effectiveness: Contribute to defining KPIs and measurement frameworks, working closely with BI and Data Science teams to analyze performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize future activities.

- Agency Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in brand and media roles (agency or in-house).

- Good knowledge of the Italian media landscape, including key ATL channels (TV, VOD/BVOD, OOH, Radio) and main agencies and vendors.

- Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, with increasing level of ownership.

- Solid understanding of campaign measurement and performance analysis; familiarity with brand and ATL measurement methodologies (e.g. TV effectiveness, brand lift, econometrics/MMM) is a strong plus.

- Highly skilled in the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to work in an international environment.

- Strong strategic and executional mindset, with the ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver against multiple projects in a fast-paced environme
