This role supports senior design and engineering leadership across a concurrent, multi-project portfolio.You will coordinate design reviews, document control, standards governance, vendor processes, and project workflows.The position requires hands-on ownership of drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, compliance trackers, and review documentation.You will help keep multidisciplinary teams aligned, ensuring deliverables, comments, and action items move forward on schedule.The role combines technical project coordination with executive support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Your work will directly improve document accuracy, review efficiency, communication, and project execution across multiple teams and time zones.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technically fluent, and comfortable driving follow-through without constant supervision.
