This full-time remote role provides compassionate clinical support to mothers throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey.You will serve as a trusted nursing partner, helping identify clinical concerns and guiding members toward appropriate care.The position combines telehealth, patient education, clinical escalation, and collaboration with care navigation teams.You will also help strengthen care quality by sharing maternal health expertise and supporting the training of non-clinical team members.The role offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families while addressing both clinical and social needs.Success requires strong clinical judgment, cultural awareness, communication skills, and comfort working in a technology-enabled environment.You will report to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery and contribute directly to improving the member experience.
