Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative based in Canada. This remote, phone-first role combines sales, customer service, scheduling, and administrative coordination within a growing education services business. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospective students, and convert leads into scheduled and paid driving lessons. Your ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish will be essential when explaining packages, handling objections, and supporting families. You will also coordinate lesson schedules across instructors and a limited vehicle fleet while ensuring required documentation is complete. The role offers a varied day-to-day environment where strong organization, persistence, and customer communication directly contribute to growth and retention. You will work independently while helping strengthen operational processes as the business continues to scale.
