Bilingual Patient Services Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Patient Services Associate based in Canada. This is an entry-level patient services role supporting Patient Support Programs across Canada in a customer-focused healthcare environment. You will help manage patient information, enrollment activities, communications, and program documentation while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality. The position combines administrative responsibilities with direct interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in both French and English. You will work within established procedures while managing multiple priorities and service-level timelines in a high-volume environment. The role offers the opportunity to build experience in healthcare, patient support, data management, and customer service. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable working independently.
