This role supports a large member community through proactive, personalized outreach and award-qualification activities.You will connect with members by phone, SMS, and email, helping them understand and complete an established recognition process.The position combines customer engagement, administrative coordination, data management, and consistent follow-up.You will build rapport while following structured processes, scripts, qualification questions, and documentation requirements.Accurate CRM management will be essential for tracking member interactions, statuses, deadlines, and next steps.You will work independently while contributing to a broader outreach operation designed to support a large and growing member base.The role is fully remote and offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, outreach, CRM, and virtual assistance.
